Emergency Support

Online Datavault’s Emergency Support is for current customers only experiencing difficulty restoring data on an emergency basis.  An emergency is defined as:
  • You are receiving and error message or a failure when you attempt to restore the data. 
  • You have lost data that you are certain you have previously backed up with us.
  • A forgotten username or password does not qualify as emergency.
If you have not been contacted within two hours, you request will be handled as a first priority the next business morning.  Our emergency support is not a guaranteed service but we make every effort to contact you as soon as possible.
